What Roberta does on the floor
Patrol
Rounds along the line with scheduled observation stops. When a machine stops and no operator action is detected, she navigates to the area, records the situation and documents fault and response
Changeover assist
Records the full action sequence during changeovers — compared against the standard procedure to create real-floor training material
Troubleshooting
If no operator action 5 minutes after a stoppage, Roberta navigates to the problem area and displays the correct procedure at the machine
Weak-point monitoring
Stations herself at the highest-risk point of the process — defined by known jam areas and the SKU currently running

Roberta is a separate product with its own scope: hardware per unit, integration and annual subscription are priced openly — never hidden inside a platform licence. She requires the PackGuru knowledge base on site: the robot is the delivery vehicle, the knowledge is the cargo.
